 Bollywood has given Madhur Bhandarkar ample subjects for his movies. His movies based on life’s realities have often sent him on stage to receive awards. Maybe this platform would have inspired him to make his next venture. It is said that the ace filmmaker is keen to make a movie based on award shows and it would be produced by Percept Picture Company. Sources revealed that the movie will be based on happenings that go behind an award ceremony, even how certain actors manipulate awards. According to sources, CEO of Percept Picture Company, Navin Shah said, “The movie is based on award shows in our Bollywood. It is the typical genre of Madhur where he translates reality into fiction. The star-cast hasn't been finalised as yet.” Now going by our Bollywood award functions, they are truly full of glitter, glamour and masaledaar! It is no wonder that these shows have attracted our bold director who has already given us the taste of the glamour world through ‘Page 3’ and ‘Fashion’. Well, well this really looks spicy! |
